Ben Mauerberger owns a number of information blogs on finance, health, charity, travel etc. I have had the pleasure of collaborating with the company’s international marketing in order to setup plants in overseas locations.
In my past experience I have provided advisory services to various international businesses, LED International Holdings Ltd., and Faces Cosmetics of Canada, all of which I assisted with fundraising, stock sales, company expansion as well as successfully listing them on the London Stock Exchange.
LED International is a Chinese manufacturer of LED products. I provided advisory services pertaining to listing and fund raising, the formulation of growth strategies and the evaluation of financial performance. As a consultant I was able to collaborate in listing the Chinese manufacture to the AIM on the London Stock Exchange in 2006, where it currently continues to trade well.
With Faces, I arranged the listing of the company on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange and arranged all their initial funding requirements with the goal of raising the company’s profile in Europe. Today Faces continues to maintain an international presence in the cosmetics industry with over 60 locations in 8 countries.
After many years of admiring my family’s charitable institution, The Mauerberger Foundation Fund (a renowned South African organization known for supporting educational institutions, and the arts and sciences), I have founded the Benjamin Mauerberger Foundation. The Benjamin Mauerberger Foundation has been providing charitable donations since 2008 to the Chabad of Hong Kong, which provides a helping hand to the Jewish community in Hong Kong and Asia. The Benjamin Mauerberger Foundation also strives to follow in the steps of The Mauerberger Foundation Fund by supporting South African institutions; the Foundation will be announcing its first donations and charitable projects in March 2010.
